CONTEMPT OF COURT

A Brooklyn man, Dexter Taylor, has been convicted of several crimes for pursuing his gunsmithing hobby. This, despite the Bruen ruling, a decision by the United States Supreme Court, in which New York's laws prohibiting New Yorkers from possessing or carrying firearms were found unconstitutional. Still, the judge in Taylor's case, Abena Darkeh, refused to allow Taylor's lawyer, Vinoo Varghese, to defend Taylor on the grounds of his Second Amendment rights. In fact, Darkeh demanded that the Second Amendment not be brought into her courtroom, where she said "it doesn't exist."

Here's is a prime example of how out of control our judicial system has become, especially in the state of New York. Judicial despots, like Abena Darkeh, consider their courtrooms to be their own private domains, where they reign supreme as a law unto themselves. They believe their bench is a throne, their gavel a scepter, and their black robe a regal one, which permits them to nullify the laws of our land, our United States Constitution, and defendants' constitutional rights and freedoms. The only law in these judicial despot's dictatorial domains is what they say it is, and nobody can say otherwise without being held in contempt of court. However, how can anyone have anything but contempt for such disorderly courts and for such despotic judges?
