Introduction: Zechariah tells of the Prophet Zechariah’s apocalyptic visions and ministry to the returned Jewish exiles during their rebuilding of the temple of the Lord.

Zechariah 2:13 — It is in stillness and silence that divine activity is sensed in our lives most keenly and that the still, small voice of the Spirit is heard in our hearts most clearly.

Zechariah 4:10  — Don’t discount the Lord doing the extraordinary in the ordinary days of your life.

Zechariah 4:10 — To prove oneself faithful rather than frustrated in the day of small things requires big faith. While one may be faithful to God in life's extraordinary moments, it demands extraordinary devotion to God to be faithful in the mundane things of one's ordinary life.
