2 THESSALONIANS
Tweeting Through 2 Thessalonians

Introduction: 2 Thessalonians is the Apostle Paul’s second epistle (letter) to the church in Thessalonica. It is a sequel to 1 Thessalonians, which was written by Paul to clear up confusion among the Thessalonians about the second Coming of Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 — Lawlessness, which is increasingly permeating this fallen world, will soon peak in the personification of a lawless end-time civil leader, who will rise to power on a wave of anarchy, and in the personification of a lawless end-time church leader, who will rise to power on a wave of apostasy.

2 Thessalonians 1:3  Thanksgiving is most appropriate for those saints whose faith is ascending and whose love is abounding.

No sinner is ever impressed by a saint whose faith is impotent and whose love is inconspicuous.

2 Thessalonians 2:3What more proof do we need that the Biblically predicted end-time falling away from the Christian Faith has befallen us than the fact that Christianity is now being defined by today's woke generation rather than by the truths of God's Word?

2 Thessalonians 2:7  Since sin is lawlessness (1 John 3:4), the Biblically predicted lawlessness of the end times will be the codifying of sin into law, such as the legalization of same-sex marriage and the granting of civil rights protections to the transgendered.

2 Thessalonians 2:11-12  An end-time fallen world that takes pleasure in unrighteousness and prefers lies to truth will be swept away in delusion to its damnation.

If you're indifferent to God's absolute truth, you're susceptible to all the devil's lies.
